The darkest of the Belgian crystal malts, Dingemans Special B will impart a heavy caramel taste, with burnt sugar, fig, grapenuts and the raisin-like flavors typically associated with Belgian Abbey ales. Swaen Ale Malt

From the Netherlands, Swaen produces outstanding malt for discerning brewers. This pale malt is kilned slightly higher to around 3L to give it a slightly crackery almost English character. A great base for most styles, but we really like it in English and darker beers. Full spec sheet here.
Swaen Black Patent

A roasted malt colored to a higher degree than Chocolate Malt in the roasting process. Black Malt has no diastatic activity and no fermentable extract and is simply used to add flavor and color in dark beers such as milds, porters and stouts. Flavor contributions: coffee, intense bitter, dry. 500L

This is a roasted malt imparting brown color, nutty toasted flavor and body to dark beers. Flavor contributions: rich, roasted coffee, dry. Blend with medium to dark crystal malts to produce more chocolatey notes. Color 375L.

White Wheat

Briess white wheat gives a malty flavor not obtained with raw wheat. Flavor is less pronounced than red wheat, but maintains better consistency in the mash. Flavor contributions: sweet, malty, wheat, floury, doughy. Typical Color L: 2.5. Full spec sheet here.
