Prilled (pelletized) anhydrous calcium chloride. Used in the mash to raise calcium and chloride levels. Will increase mouthfeel and perceived fullness.
Contains 36% Calcium by weight.
1 tsp. of Calcium Chloride per gallon adjusts water hardness by 297 ppm Ca2+ and 531Cl-
